Breda (Ital. Società Italiana Ernesto Breda) is an Italian engineering company founded in 1886 in Milan by Ernesto Breda.

At an early stage of her activity, she was engaged in the production of locomotives and other railway equipment, but later she began to produce aviation equipment and weapons. Nationalized in 1962, disbanded in the 1990s.
