Aviation of World War II
Nippon Kokusai Koku Kogyo K.K.
In the late 1930s, Japanese businessman Yunkichi Terada founded a small company Nippon Kôkû Kogyô KK (Japanese Aviation Industry) and financed the development of a number of aircraft projects. However, the production capacity of the company was insufficient and in 1941 the Yunkichi Terada company combined capital with "Kokusai Kokuki K.K." and became known as "Nippon Kokusai Koku Kogyo KK" with production in Hiratsuka.
